Common questions

Will it look exactly like my cat?

Not exactly. Here is the honest answer.

  • We build the model with AI from your photo.
  • Then we fix it by hand until it looks right.
  • We simplify it to match the art style.
  • Colors and markings come through. Fine detail does not.
Can I have two cats on it?

Yes. It comes with two cat figures as standard.

Only have one cat? That is fine. We will ask what you want in the second window.

When do I send my photo?

After you order. We email a link as soon as you pay.

Asleep on a blanket is a great photo. Bright light helps.

How long does it take?

5–10 business days to build, plus shipping. Nothing is made ahead of time.

What if it breaks?
  • The cardboard is meant to get shredded.
  • Damaged on arrival? Tell us in 7 days. We replace it.
  • A part fails in 30 days? Also covered.
