The Artisan Catan Heirloom Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Realized Prints LLC, 60 Hickory Drive, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 (the “Sponsor”).

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 15, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members / household members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the Promotion are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter

Online Entry: Visit the official landing page at realizedprints.com/catan/ during the Promotion Period and complete the official entry form with your full name, valid email address, and confirmation that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Limit one (1) entry per person / email address. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or using automated means, are void. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Prizes

  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $599
  • Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs associated with the prize not specified herein
  • Prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s confirmed U.S. address within approximately fifteen (15) days of winner verification
Participation Prize

  • One (1) unique, one-time-use discount code for $125 off your next purchase of any Catan Heirloom product on Sponsor’s website
  • Codes expire forty-five (45) days from issuance
  • Non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash
  • Subject to standard terms and conditions
  • ARV of each code varies based on purchase but is designed to provide meaningful savings

Total ARV of all prizes: Approximately $599 + value of discount codes (variable). Prizes are non-transferable and non-substitutable except by Sponsor.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 16, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days with required information (including shipping address and, if requested, tax forms or eligibility verification).

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered notifications.

Prize Conditions

Winner will be required to respond to email confirming they “Accept prize terms and release sponsor from liability”, as well as provide a shipping address and the name of the recipient.

By accepting the prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and entry materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no warranties.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control corrupts the administration, security, or integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and only as necessary to administer the Promotion and fulfill prizes. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
